Main Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour noodle

  • Contain wheat

STORAGE TIP: Store your noodle kit in a freezer if you do not plan to cook them within three days after purchasing; the food should keep for up to three weeks if frozen. Defrost the frozen noodle kit in a fridge before cooking. Make sure there is no hard frozen spot anywhere on the noodle dough before pulling. Rest noodle doughs in a room temp for at least 15 mins before pulling, so they won’t break.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

( Three pcs per serving, there are two servings )

1: TIP – please check storage tips above before cooking.

2: ADD – 5 cups of water to a pot; adjust the amount of water as preferred.

3: CHECK – no hard frozen spots on the noodle dough; and the dough is completely soft and has been rested in a room temp for at least 15 mins. before pulling.

4: PULL – three noodle doughs as showing in the video; Three pcs together is good for a serving.

5: COOK and REMOVE – at least 3 mins in a medium high temp and remove the pot from heat.

6: STRING – noodles to a bowl.

7: TOP – noodles with 1 tbsp sauce of you choice. Add extra salt or sprinkle with chopped fresh scallions if desired.
